Delete your KDPBot account
You can permanently delete your KDPBot account and everything in it from this page. It takes effect immediately, cancels your subscription at the same moment, and cannot be undone. You do not need to contact support to do it, though you can if you have lost access to your account.
What gets deleted
Every book, chapter, outline and generated image in your library. Every cover design and exported cover file. Your profile, preferences, saved research and proofreading reports. Your subscription, so you will not be billed again. Any unused book credits, which are not refunded.
What we keep, and why
Records that a payment happened stay in our accounting with your email attached, because tax law requires it; they are no longer linked to any account. A one-way hash of your email address, and your device identifier if you used the mobile app, are kept for thirty days so that a deleted account cannot be recreated immediately to reset the free tier. They contain no personal data and are inert after thirty days.
How to delete your account
Sign in, open this page, confirm your password and type DELETE. In the mobile app the same option is under Settings. If you signed up with Google or Apple and never set a password, use the mobile app, or email support@kdpbot.com from the address you registered with and we will verify you and delete it manually.
Before you go
Export anything you want to keep first. Deletion removes the files themselves, not only your access to them. If you only want to stop paying, cancelling the subscription from your account settings keeps your books and your free tier.
